Rapid Screen Tips: Updating a Sent Request

When you send a request through SciveraLENS Rapid Screen, you are able to identify the specific person (by email address) who will receive the request notification. From time to time, the person you send your request to is not the person who will be entering the chemical ingredient information you have requested. In this case, you simply need to update the request within your Rapid Screen account.
You can update the request in two different ways:
1. Edit the existing Collection: 
Click Manage/Edit for the Collection you are working on:

Select the Requests tab and then select Edit:

You can cancel the original request (select the “x”) and create a new request with the correct contact information:

2. You can update the email address on the Sent Request:
Click on Sent Requests. Under the Options menu (3 vertical dots), select Edit the Request and update the contact information and message accordingly:

Both methods will trigger the system to send a notification email to the new recipient of your request so they can proceed with the data-entry process.
